ONE Conversation is a podcast from the One Movement, a collaborative group of organised activists representing twenty trade unions operating in Cork, aiming to achieve decent work and better conditions for everyone, one workplace at a time.

 In each episode host, Fiona Dunne talks to an activist from a different union orginisation about their history and their experiences of activism. 

We started working with Fiona late 2021 and have been producing ONE Conversation from episode 5 onwards. We opted to bulk record the episodes, doing 7 over 2 days and releasing them over a 3 month period. The later episodes were recorded in a local studio with one of our producers present to set up and run the recording on the day.
